I think it's too easy to say the world would automatically be better without religion since we would still have all the human emotions of jealousy, rage, etc. But I can see that often religious beliefs can interfere with a person's ability to judge people and ideas based on sound logic. I do kind of believe the world would be a bit better, or at least have the potential to be better, but it's hard to really make an accurate prediction before the fact. But I think it's possible to make a fairly good case for it since religion is the source of many prejudices and illogical ideas (which may or may be harmful or benign depending on which arbitrary belief finds it's way into any given religion).
They'd be hard pressed to get it up to scratch in time for the 2010 season. Everything needs a total overhaul. I can't see Gillett finding the £80M needed, especially considering the financial climate and the ongoing rows within the F1 administration. As it stands now, F1 won't be at Donnington. Fingers crossed that we don't loose the GP altogether next year, we've had a round in every F1 championship so far, would be a great shame to break that record.
Vettel also said 'fantastic' allot of times in the press conference. Great drive though, a perfect first stint which pretty much sealed the fate of the day.
